Kenyan Varsities

Imagine 10000 students only in all the Kenyan Universities yet we claim that we are to be fully industrialized by 2015…. or maybe they meant 2115…

I think there are sooooo many people capable of actually starting a private university… just that the regulations are so (archaic and) designed to make university something for the elite…
